What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing. We track the flight number you give us when booking, so the driver adjusts automatically. Airline delays are not charged, and you have 30 minutes of free waiting from touchdown.
Where does the driver meet me?
At arrivals, holding a sign with your name. There is nobody to find and no call to make — the driver is there when you walk out.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. USD 49 is the sedan price whether one, two or three people travel. Split between three passengers that is about USD 16 each.
Which area does the USD 49 fare cover?
Asunción, Luque, Mariano Roque Alonso, Fernando de la Mora, Lambaré and Ñemby. If your address is outside that zone we still run the transfer, but it is quoted by distance and we confirm the fixed price before you book.
How much luggage can I bring?
One suitcase per passenger is included. Each additional suitcase is USD 5. If you are travelling with bulky items — boards, instruments, boxes — tell us when booking so we assign the right vehicle.
Can you handle large groups?
Yes. The Hyundai H1 carries up to 7 passengers and the Mercedes Sprinter 8 to 14. For 15 or more we coordinate several vehicles and quote separately.
How do I pay?
Airport transfers are paid 100% in advance through a payment link we send you. Card, bank transfer, digital wallet or crypto all work. There is nothing to settle when you arrive.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, but request one when booking so the vehicle leaves with it already fitted. Tell us the child’s age so we bring the correct restraint.
Do you operate at night?
Yes, 24 hours every day of the year. A good share of international flights arrive or depart in the small hours, and those are exactly the times when finding a taxi is hardest.
How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-four hours is enough in most cases. In high season and for groups, more notice helps. If you need something today, message us anyway — we often can.
Can we stop on the way?
Yes, if you tell us when booking. A short stop — a cash machine, a pharmacy — is normally free. Longer stops count as waiting, at USD 10 per hour after the 30 free minutes.
Do you do the departure transfer as well?
Yes, and it is worth booking with the arrival: a sedan return is USD 84 against USD 98 booked as two separate legs. We collect you from your hotel with whatever lead time the flight needs.
