For a wedding it is better to quote the whole circuit than to add up transfers: it costs less and leaves no gaps between movements. Send us the number of guests and the addresses and we will send back a fixed price.

For groups of more than 14 we coordinate several Sprinters in parallel. There is still one single operations contact, so nobody has to talk to each driver separately.
Every vehicle runs with current paperwork and valid insurance, and the drivers are licensed to carry passengers.

What organisers ask before booking.
How is wedding transport quoted?
As one operation, not trip by trip. With the number of guests and the addresses of the hotel, the ceremony and the venue we build the full circuit, work out how many vehicles are needed and give you a fixed price for the lot.
How many guests fit per vehicle?
Up to 3 in a sedan, up to 7 in a Hyundai H1 minivan and 8 to 14 in a Mercedes Sprinter. For larger groups we coordinate several Sprinters in parallel, always with a single operations contact.
Does it include the late-night return?
Yes, and it is the part that most often fails when transport is booked separately. The last run brings everyone back from the venue to the hotel when the party ends, whatever the hour, and it is already in the circuit price.
What if the ceremony runs late?
The circuit is rearranged. That is exactly why a single contact matters: instead of renegotiating with each driver, the whole operation is adjusted at once and the vehicles wait.
Does it work for venues outside Asuncion?
Yes. Venues in the interior or in outlying areas are quoted according to distance, and the circuit is built the same way. It is worth mentioning from the start because it changes how many runs each vehicle can make.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better. In wedding season the fleet fills up weeks ahead, especially the Sprinters and Saturdays. Once the date is confirmed it can be blocked.
How do we book?
With a 30% deposit that locks in the date and blocks the vehicles. You can pay by card, bank transfer, digital wallet or crypto. The balance is settled when the service ends.
Do you also collect guests flying in?
Yes. Transfers from Silvio Pettirossi airport are quoted separately and can be added to the same operation, so a guest arriving from abroad already has a driver waiting with a sign.
Does it work for birthdays or company events?
Yes, it is the same logic: a group moving together between two or three addresses at set times. For company events the service usually runs on a corporate account, with a legal invoice issued to the company.
Can the couple vehicle be decorated?
Decoration is not included, but if you provide it there is no problem using it. Mention it when booking so the driver arrives early enough to put it on before departure.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
There is no formal minimum, but the circuit starts to make sense from around ten guests. Below that it is usually cheaper to book separate transfers.
Who do we talk to on the day?
One operations contact, the same person who built the circuit. There is no need to call each driver or explain the event again: that person already has every time and address.
When is the event?
